• Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Courses: Full refund if canceled at least 72h before the course starts. No refund if canceled within 72h before the course starts, unless a replacement is found.

  • Private Lessons: Can be canceled at any time for a full refund.

• Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made through our website, and payment is processed via Stripe. Cash is not accepted. Full payment in advance is required.

Liability and Disclaimer

• Accidents: We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the course.

• Health Restrictions: Throwing on the wheel is not recommended for individuals with pacemakers; therefore, those with pacemakers are not permitted to book the course.

• Waiver of Liability: No waiver of liability is provided.

Code of Conduct

• The teacher reserves the right to remove participants from the course if they engage in harmful behavior toward others (e.g., insulting, belittling, discrimination) or are purposefully damaging the studio. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Intellectual Property

• Designs created in the studio with the help of the teacher are not the property of the teacher or the studio. Usage rights are passed to the participants.

• Participants may take photos or videos with permission from other participants and the teacher.

Modifications and Cancellations:

• We reserve the right to modify the course structure if needed.

• In cases of unforeseeable circumstances, the teacher may cancel the class. Students will be partially or fully refunded, depending on the number of lessons completed if alternative dates cannot be arranged.

• No refunds or rescheduling for missed lessons by participants.

Right to Refuse Participation

• To ensure a welcoming and respectful atmosphere in the studio, we reserve the right to decline bookings or participation at our discretion.

Discounts

• Participants aged 25 or younger and unemployed individuals (registered at AMS) receive a 10% discount on all courses and private lessons. Proof is not required; it is trust-based.
